What a great picture - inspiring - cant' you just see the yarn? Rough light milk chocolate wool (shetland) spun with spots of deep rust colored weathered wool like brown sheep, a little shine but mostly fluff, some peach/yellowish, some pink silk/bamboo to show the beauty in the ugly colors.
It would be so beautiful - like your photo.
Ok, so point is - find your balance girl. Walking usually helps. Spinning definitely helps, unless you are fighting it. Yoga is amazing, but it TAKES TIME. It is 6 months before you notice the difference. Take time for you = walking the dog is a good start. Moving is hard - acknowledge that and accept it. It takes time.
I always have to take my photos outside - inside my house is USELESS. I try and try, but nothing. So now I cart them to the office and take photos on my lunch break in the parking lot when I can't get out to the beach during the weekend. It is dark by the time I get home so I have no choice. Otherwise the colors are so distorted it isn't worth it.

Remember, find beauty in all that you do. Good, bad or indifferent it is all we got.
